How to Make Chicken Soup
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken (cut into pieces)
2 liters of water
3 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 onion (chopped)
2 carrots (sliced)
2 potatoes (cubed)
1 stalk of celery (chopped)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon of chicken bouillon powder (optional)
Steps:
Prepare the ingredients by cleaning and chopping the vegetables and chicken.
In a large pot, bring 2 liters of water to a boil.
Add the chicken pieces to the boiling water and reduce the heat to medium.
Let the chicken simmer for about 20 minutes. Skim off any foam or impurities.
Add the minced garlic and chopped onion to the pot. Stir well.
After 10 minutes, add the carrots, potatoes, and celery to the pot.
Season with salt, pepper, and chicken bouillon powder.
Let the soup simmer for another 15-20 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
Taste the soup and adjust the seasoning if needed.
