• Wrap your hands around their belly and pull in and up 5 times

What should you do if the back blows don't work?

• Do 5 back blows

• Wrap your hands around their belly and pull in and up 5 times

• Tell them to drink water!

Put the steps in order to help someone who may be choking

• If they can cough, tell them to keep coughing

• Repeat the back blows and pulling in and up around their stomach.

• Lean them over and give them 5 back blows

• Put your hands around their lower abdomen and pull in and up

• Ask them if they are choking & if they need help
