Text: A Trip to Italy

Last summer, Maria decided to visit Italy with her family. They flew to Rome, the capital city, where they spent three days exploring famous sites like the Colosseum, the Vatican, and the Trevi Fountain. Maria loved the delicious Italian food, especially pizza and gelato.

After Rome, they traveled to Florence by train. In Florence, they visited the Uffizi Gallery, where they saw beautiful artworks by famous artists like Leonardo da Vinci and Botticelli. The family spent a day taking in the incredible views of the city from the Florence Cathedral.

Finally, they concluded their trip in Venice. They enjoyed a gondola ride through the canals and visited Saint Mark's Basilica. Maria took plenty of photos to remember their adventures. They returned home with great memories and a desire to travel again.
