CHRISTOLOGY

LOW CHRISTOLOGY

• Starts with the humanity of god

• Emphasizes or starts with the humanity of Jesus.

• Starts with the humanity of people

HIGH CHRISTOLOGY:  Emphasizes or starts with the Divinity of (a)  

ESCHATOLOGY:  Theology concerned with death, (a)   , and the final destiny of the soul and of humankind . . . The End Times!

PAROUSIA

• The Second Coming of Christ

• The first Coming of christ

• The last coming of christ

SAVIOR:  Redeemer of (a)   and saver of souls.

SON OF MAN:  Self-Designation of (a)   . . . Messianic in nature . . . "Son of Man" can also simply imply "human," as in "mortal".

MESSIAH:  In Hebrew, the “____________,” the promised deliverer of the Jewish nation prophesied in the Hebrew Bible, the awaited Jewish “savior” or “rescuer”.
