ความหมายของ เศรษฐศาสตร์ (Economics)

• ศาสตร์ที่ศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการผลิต การบริโภค และการกระจายทรัพยากร (The study of the production, consumption, and distribution of resources)

• ศาสตร์ที่บรรยายเกี่ยวกับโลก เป็นวิชาที่ว่าด้วยการศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างมนุษย์ กับ สิ่งแวดล้อม (The science that describes the world is the study of the relationship between humans and the environment.)

ความหมายของ อุปสงค์ (Demand)

• ความต้องการซื้อสินค้าหรือบริการในระดับราคาต่าง ๆ (The willingness and ability of consumers to purchase goods or services at various prices.)

• สินค้าที่มีมากมายในตลาดราคาสูงที่ผู้ซื้อไม่สนใจ (products in the market with high prices that buyers are not interested in.)

ความหมายของ อุปทาน (Supply)

• ความสนใจที่จะซื้อสินค้าในราคาที่จับต้องได้ (Interest in purchasing products at affordable prices)

• ปริมาณสินค้าหรือบริการที่ผู้ผลิตพร้อมจะขายในระดับราคาต่าง ๆ (The quantity of goods or services that producers are willing to sell at various prices)

ราคาดุลยภาพ (Equilibrium Price)

• ราคาที่อุปสงค์มากกว่าอุปทาน (Price where demand exceeds supply)
