• We need to use the function BF > add the form id > then we need to go back to SU > forms setups > form chains > new > find the one we just created > add the forms we need to have there.

• If it's not a form chain, we need to add our template with all information provided by the client and then transfer call/case to forms team.

• We can use eform inspector to add a new form in our system
