How to Make Meatball Soup
Ingredients:
250 grams of ground beef
2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
1 teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of pepper
1 egg
2 tablespoons of tapioca flour
1 liter of water
1 stalk of celery (chopped)
1 stalk of green onion (chopped)
1 tablespoon of fried shallots
Steps:
First, mix the ground beef, garlic, salt, pepper, egg, and tapioca flour in a bowl. Stir until the mixture is well combined. After that, shape the mixture into small balls using your hands.
Next, boil the water in a pot. When the water starts boiling, carefully drop the meatballs into the pot. Then, wait until the meatballs float to the surface, which means they are cooked. After that, let them boil for another five minutes to ensure they are fully done.
Once the meatballs are ready, add the chopped celery and green onion to the soup. Stir well to mix the flavors. Finally, turn off the heat and serve the meatball soup in a bowl. To enhance the taste, sprinkle fried shallots on top.
Now, your homemade meatball soup is ready to enjoy!
