MULTIPLE CHOICE QUESTION

Every organism has cells that contain strands of DNA. A single strand is made of millions of particles called nucleotides and these nucleotides come in four different types which scientist have labelled A, C, T, and G. A gene is special stretch of DNA (a sequence of A's, C's, T's, G's) that code for proteins (made up of amino acids).
These proteins are responisible for determining traits like eye color, skin color, and freckles. If there is a mistake in the sequence of A's, C's, T's, and G's, then this may affect the structure and function of the protein or the wellbeing of the organism.
