After school my friend Emma came over. We were hungry and decided to grab a snack. We went to the store and bought some chips.

I love to go to the zoo. My favorite animal at the zoo is the manatee. I love watching them swim and eat lettuce. I hope my class takes a field trip to the zoo soon!

Mrs. Geiger went camping over the weekend. She went canoeing, roasting marshmallows, and even slept on an air mattress in a tent! She hopes to never do that again!

Yesterday I was walking in a forest and got bit by so many mosquitoes. Next time I go on a walk, I am going to bring Sammy and Caroline with me. Maybe they can bring bug spray or maybe the mosquitoes will chase after them instead.

Last night my family roasted marshmallows. First we made a fire. Then we put marshmallows on a stick. Then we cooked them and put them between chocolate and graham crackers. They were so yummy!

Thessa, Maggie, and Connor were hiking in the woods by themselves when they saw a bear print on the ground. They were afraid of the bear and ran all the way home.

Today I went on a walk and saw a skunk. All of a sudden a dog came up and started barking at it. The skunk got scared and sprayed the dog. I ran away trying to avoid the bad smell.
