Circulatory System

• A system that helps in digestion and absorption of food.

• made up of the heart, arteries, and veins, it transports blood and other fluids throughout the body. (moves oxygen & nutrients)

CARDIAC MUSCLE

• voluntary muscles that pump the blood through the heart.

• involuntary muscles that pump the blood through the heart.

• muscles that are only found in the arms and legs.

• a type of blood cell that fights infection.

• the tube that carries blood from your heart to all the other parts of the body.

• A part of the circulatory system that transports blood.

• An organ responsible for filtering waste from the body.
