Government Launches New Tech Innovation Hub
The Indonesian government has officially launched a new technology innovation hub to support young entrepreneurs and startups. The hub, located in Jakarta, provides resources such as co-working spaces, mentorship programs, and funding opportunities for small businesses.
Minister of Technology, Budi Santoso, stated that this initiative aims to boost the country’s digital economy. "We want to encourage more young innovators to develop solutions that can compete globally," he said during the launch event.
Several tech startups have already signed up for the program, hoping to benefit from the government’s support. One of them, a startup specializing in artificial intelligence, believes that the hub will help them expand their research and development efforts.
