What is a clock?

How does a clock work?

• Twelve numbers sit around the face of a clock. The twelve is always on the top, and the six is on the bottom. The hour hand moves slower than the minute hand. But both hands always move in one direction. As the minute hand goes around, the hour hand moves from one number to the next. It takes 60 minutes, or one hour, for the minute hand to go all the way around, and it takes the minute hand five minutes to move from one number to the next.

• 1x1 mts of sailcloth, Sharpie markers, 2 parts of Styrofoam, insulated tape, a base made of plaster and a wooden stick, a Dash robot, and a tablet.
