What is a sacrament? 

• A religious ceremony or act made by a member of the faith and performed by a priest. 

• A sensible or outward sign instituted by Christ to give grace. 

• A symbol of one’s commitment to the Catholic Faith. 

• A historical event. 

Grace is:

• Smoothness and elegance of movement. 

• Courteous goodwill. 

• A gift that is inward, spiritual and not sensible. 

• A benign attitude and a willingness to grant favours.
