যে অংশীদারির পৃথক আইনগত সত্তা থাকে তা হল— (The partnership which has a separate legal entity is)

• (b) বিশেষ অংশীদারি / (b) The particular partnership
• (c) সীমিত দায়যুক্ত অংশীদারি / (c) The limited liability partnership
• (d) ওপরের সবকয়টি। / (d) All of the above.

লাভ-ক্ষতি বণ্টন হিসাবখাতের প্রকৃতি হল- (The nature of profit & loss appropriation account is-)

• (a) বস্তু সম্পর্কীয় / (a) Real
• (b) নামিক / (b) Nominal
• (c) ব্যক্তি সম্পৰ্কীয় / (c) Personal
• (d) অ-ব্যক্তিবাচক। / (d) Impersonal.

অংশীদারি চুক্তির অনুপস্থিতিতে অংশীদারগণ পেতে পারেন— (In the absence of a partnership agreement, partners can get-)

• (a) বেতন / (a) Salary
• (b) দস্তুরি / (b) Commission
• (c) ঋণের উপর সুদ / (c) Interest on loan
• (d) এদের সবকয়টি। / (d) All of these.

কোনো অংশীদারি প্রতিষ্ঠানের একজন অংশীদার প্রতি মাসের শেষে 2,500 টাকা উত্তোলন করেছে। যদি উত্তোলনের উপর সুদের হার বার্ষিক 10% হয়, তবে উত্তোলনের উপর সারা বছরের সুদের পরিমাণ হবে— (A partner of a partnership firm withdrew 2,500 p.m at the end of each month. If the rate of interest on drawings is 10% p.a. the amount of interest for the whole year will be-)

• (a) 3,000 টাকা / (a) 3,000

যখন অংশীদারদের মধ্যে তাদের অংশীদারির মেয়াদ সম্পর্কে কোনো চুক্তি থাকে না, তখন সেই অংশীদারিকে বলা হয়— (When there is no agreement among the partners regarding the duration of their partnership, the partnership is called-)

• (a) বিশেষ অংশীদারি / (a) Special partnership
• (b) সীমিত অংশীদারি / (b) Limited partnership
• (c) অনিবন্ধিত অংশীদারি / (c) Unregistered partnership
