Mirror vs Glass

Path of Light

• Enters the cornea, travels through the pupil, enters the lens, focuses on the retina, travels down the optic nerve, and sends signals to the brain.

One-way Mirror

• Reflects most light and allows some to transmit through due to silver deposit film.

• Allows all light to pass through without reflection.

• Reflects all light and does not allow any transmission.

• Transmits most light and reflects very little.

Pupil Reaction

• Pupils get larger in the dark to let in more light and smaller with lights on to protect the retina.

• Pupils remain the same size regardless of light conditions.

• Pupils get smaller in the dark to reduce light intake and larger with lights on to enhance vision.

Modeling Checklist
