Centrifuging the sample at 2000 x g for 10 mins (equivalent to 3600 rpm).

• Platelet- Poor Plasma

• Platelet- Rich Plasma

Rodaks: 1500 x g RCF for 15 minutes.

Coagulation Testing

• Platelet- Poor Plasma

• Platelet- Rich Plasma

Testing should be  done within 2 hours and stored at 4 OC if not done immediately for not more than 4 hours.

Prepared by centrifuging the sample at 60 - 100 x g for 10  minutes.

Rodaks: 50 x g RCF for 30 minutes.
