Why should you never compare your obstacles to someone else's?

At this point Amberley could have given up. Going from the world at her fingertips to having a slim to none chance at ever walking again is a drastic change that happened very quickly. What are three roadblocks you could potentially have to overcome in striving to reach your goals? For each of those challengges what would it be like to actually have to go through them? (*Note - consider more everday challenges: lack of time, financial barriers, etc.)
