On the MUA peninsula in Uganda, banded mongooses discover a termite swarm. While they feast, their nemesis, the Marabu Stork, targets the mongoose pups. Despite the mongooses' reputation for fighting off predators, including snakes, the storks persist. The mongoose family relocates to a stack of fishing boats for safety, but the storks continue their pursuit. Eventually, one pup is lost to the storks, reducing the mother's brood to six.
