On the MUA peninsula in Uganda, banded mongooses discover a termite swarm. While they feast, their nemesis, the marabu stork, targets their pups. Despite the mongooses' reputation for fighting off predators, including snakes, the storks pose a significant threat. The mongooses attempt to defend their young, taking refuge in fishing boats and relocating to safer areas. However, the persistent storks eventually succeed in capturing one of the pups, reducing the mongoose brood from seven to six.
