VOICED: Victoria opositora en Georgia

The opposition alliance led by Vizina Ivanishvili celebrated their victory in Georgia's legislative elections in Tiflis. President Mikhail Saakashvili conceded defeat as the Electoral Commission announced the opposition's lead. With a quarter of the votes counted, the opposition had 53.19% while the president's party had 41.51%. The OSCE noted the elections as a significant step towards democratic consolidation in Georgia.
