Venezuelans are worried about President Hugo Chávez's health as he prepares to travel to Cuba for surgery. Doctors will remove a two-centimeter formation from the same area where cancer was detected last year. Chávez, who is running for a third term in the October 7 presidential elections, has traveled abroad multiple times since June for treatment. Despite opposition demands, he has not delegated his duties to the vice president, even as he is accompanied by his daughter Rosa María.
