VOICED : Winter arrives at Washington's first

The video follows Cindy, a member of Washington, DC's Animal Rescue team, as she rescues a squirrel trapped in a home. The team is on call 24/7 to assist animals and residents. Healthy animals are released back into the wild, while injured ones are treated at a local wildlife rehab center. The center, capable of handling 1500 patients annually, provides care for various animals, including a turtle recovering from a leg injury. In 2013, nearly 300 animals were rehabilitated, with some set for release in spring.
