Lawsuit Over Arizona Border Patrol Conditions Finally Goes To Trial

The trial in Arizona, filed nearly five years ago, has begun at the US District Court in Tucson. Known as Dovie Wolf, the lawsuit was initiated by the ACLU of Arizona and others in June 2015. It accuses Border Patrol facilities of holding migrants in inhumane conditions, with evidence showing unsanitary and overcrowded environments. Despite ongoing issues, Border Patrol has not commented on the case.
