VOICED : Un avion se estrella en Kazajistan y deja al menos 12 muertos

A plane crash in Kazakhstan on Friday involved a low-cost airline aircraft with about 100 people on board. The plane crashed in a residential area after hitting the runway twice with its tail during takeoff. The crash resulted in 12 fatalities and around 50 hospitalizations. An investigation into safety and operational violations has been launched. The President of Kazakhstan promised severe punishment for those responsible.
