VOICED : Mexico licita tres contratos petroleros

Mexico successfully awarded 3 out of 5 oil extraction contracts, with ENI International, a consortium including Panamerican Energy, and another with Fillwood Energy and Petroval. This outcome was better than the previous Ronda 1, where most fields remained unawarded. The reform by Enrique Peña Nieto's government opened the market to private investments for the first time in nearly 80 years.
