Ford to Employees: Get Vaxxed or Get Out

Ford Motor Company requires its salaried employees to be fully vaccinated by December 8th. Employees who refuse without an approved exemption will face unpaid leave for up to 30 days, after which job protection ends. The mandate does not apply to union-represented employees due to federal and collective bargaining requirements. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is finalizing a rule for businesses with 100+ employees to vaccinate or test regularly, which is under review with union leadership.
