VOICED : Persiste problema respiratorio

The Venezuelan government reported that President Hugo Chávez continues to suffer from respiratory insufficiency, with no favorable progress. Despite this, his cancer treatment shows no significant adverse effects. Chávez returned to Venezuela unexpectedly for further cancer treatment after surgery in Havana. Due to respiratory issues, he uses a tracheal tube, temporarily preventing speech, but remains conscious and communicates with family and government officials.
