What is copyright infringement?

Copyright Laws are constantly ? , so that is why it is better to be safe than sorry when creating artwork at school or to post on social media.

Why would artists place their work in the public domain?

How can you know that you have changed copywritten work enough for it to be fair use?

• You can't because the laws are always changing

• You can use as much as you want, just make sure to say where you got your inspiration from and cite them as sources

• You were only inspired from it, and nothing was copied exactly. You clearly cite your sources on artwork, essays, images, etc.

• You only use your favorite parts of the work and the rest is your own creating

Why would the United States courts decide to pass copyright law? How does it help artists?
