Douglas 'Wrong Way' Corrigan in Dublin, Ireland, and New York state in 1938

In 1927, a young redheaded mechanic contributed to the construction of the Spirit of St. Louis, the aircraft used by Charles Lindbergh for his historic solo flight across the Atlantic. Eleven years later, this same mechanic, driven by ambition, sought to replicate Lindbergh's feat with his own transatlantic journey.
