Suspect In Idaho Killings Plans To Waive Extradition Hearing

A suspect in the murders of four college students in Idaho was arrested over a month ago by Pennsylvania authorities. The suspect, a Washington State University graduate student, was taken into custody in Monroe County, north of Philadelphia. The killings shocked the small college town of Moscow, and police announced the arrest at a press conference.
