VOICED : 66 refugiados sirios llegan a Chile para iniciar nueva vida

A group of 66 Syrian refugees, including 32 children, arrived in Chile to start anew. They were welcomed with housing and support in Santiago and Valparaíso. The children will join schools in 2018, while adults will receive language and vocational training. The refugees expressed gratitude for the warm welcome. The Syrian community in Chile numbers 80,000, while the Palestinian community is the largest outside the occupied territories, with 300,000 people.
