Mildred Wilson, known as Muddy Mildred, is an 83-year-old Tough Mudder competitor. Inspired by her son Danny, she began participating in these challenging races, which include obstacles like ice baths and electric shocks. Mildred trains at the YMCA to prepare for these events.
