VOICED : Kirchner regresa y promueve acuerdo con acreedores

Argentina plans to negotiate with the 7% of creditors who rejected previous debt restructurings. Currently, legal constraints prevent Buenos Aires from negotiating, and a New York court has blocked debt payments, leading to a selective default. Kirchner criticized the 'vulture funds' for their extortionate tactics. Following her recovery, Kirchner will gradually resume duties and plans to attend UNASUR meetings in Ecuador but not the events in Mexico.
