Elastic Views is a new AWS feature, still in preview as of 2021, designed to create materialized views from data sources like Aurora, RDS, and Dynamodb. It automates ETL tasks, continuously updates views, and operates on a serverless platform. The interface is SQL-based, making it familiar to users of relational databases. While not yet exam-relevant, it promises to simplify data management and integration tasks.
