Authorities Finish Investigation Into Rayshard Brooks Shooting

Rashard Brooks was shot by an Atlanta police officer outside a Wendy's in June. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation completed its findings and handed them to the Atlanta Police and a County District Attorney. Officer Garrett Rolfe was fired and charged with eleven counts, including felony murder. Another officer was placed on desk duty, and the police chief resigned. The investigation results will remain confidential until the criminal case concludes.
