VOICED: Shanghai World Expo throws open doors

The 2010 Shanghai World Expo opened to the public with great excitement, as visitors eagerly lined up to explore the various international pavilions, particularly the US pavilion. Despite the long wait in the sun, the atmosphere was lively with street performers entertaining the crowd. Inside, the Canadian Pavilion attracted many with its visual displays, while food played a significant role in drawing Chinese visitors to try international dishes. The Expo, featuring nearly 190 countries, will run for six months, offering a diverse cultural and culinary experience.
