Sheep Farmers at a Loss After the Unseasonal Cold Weather

A farmer lost much of his livestock after 15 days of snow. A lamb was born during this time, but its mother couldn't produce milk. The farmer used the skin of a dead lamb to help the mother recognize and rear the new lamb. Despite the harsh method, it's a survival tactic. Many sheep died in the snow across the UK, especially during lambing season.
