The Postal Service will reverse changes that slowed mail service nationwide, following a lawsuit by Montana's governor. The lawsuit claimed that changes made in June hindered mail access, including mail-in voting. The Postal Service had reduced retail hours and removed collection boxes and sorting machines. The agreement requires prioritizing election mail across all states.
