Despite his prowess, internal conflicts arose, leading to his withdrawal from battle. Patroclus, donning Achilles' armor, was killed by Hector, prompting Achilles' return to battle for revenge. After killing Hector, Achilles faced his own demise, fulfilling a tragic destiny. The Greeks ultimately won the war, but both sides suffered great losses, turning their zeal into legend.
