Air France reported that some crew members refused to fly to Ebola-affected countries like Guinea, Sierra Leone, and Nigeria. Despite this, the airline maintained its flights to these destinations. Air France does not force its crew to fly to high-risk areas, which are classified by their Hygiene, Safety, and Working Conditions Committee. The fear of Ebola also spread to Asia, where some countries began screening passengers from West Africa. Two Nigerians were tested in Vietnam, and a person from Guinea was examined in Myanmar.
