The video discusses the involvement of Patrick Hickey, former president of the European Olympic Committees, in an illegal ticket resale scheme for the Rio Olympics. Evidence from emails shows his direct contact with Marcus Evans, head of THG, a company unauthorized to sell tickets for Rio. Despite this, THG resold tickets at inflated prices through a hospitality program. The Irish Olympic Committee, led by Hickey, advised buying tickets from THG. Hickey and Kevin James, THG executives, were arrested in Rio, and seven others, including Evans, are under investigation. The scheme reportedly generated over three million dollars.
