Police issue warning over 'dangerous' escaped Rhea bird

A rhea has mysteriously escaped from a smallholding in Nottinghamshire. Despite being smaller and tamer than its male counterpart, the bird poses a danger if approached. Police are on high alert, advising the public not to engage with the bird but to call emergency services instead. The last high-profile missing rhea was found on a golf course and turned into sausages. The current escapee remains at large, with its partner patrolling the fence.
