Nearly 600 sailors on the U.S. Navy aircraft carrier Theodore Roosevelt test positive for COVID-19: Pentagon

The Navy reported that the aircraft carrier Theodore Roosevelt had a COVID-19 outbreak, with 12% of its 4800 crew testing positive as of April 12th. A sailor was found unresponsive and moved to the ICU on Guam. By this date, 3967 sailors had moved ashore, and 92% of the crew had been tested. The outbreak raises concerns about the military readiness of the U.S. Navy's fleet, as at least three carriers have reported cases.
