AstraZeneca Unable To Meet EU Deal

Astra Zeneca was expected to deliver 80 million vaccine doses to the EU but only managed less than 31 million due to delays. As a result, the EU plans to withhold part of the $407 million payment agreed upon in the deal unless the remaining doses are delivered.
