VOICED : Continuan atentados en Kabul

A suicide attack in Afghanistan resulted in at least 14 deaths, targeting an international forces convoy. The attack, claimed by an insurgent group independent of the Taliban, killed two foreign soldiers and four NATO-employed civilians, including two children among the Afghan victims. This is the largest attack in the capital in over two months. Since the spring offensive began, insurgents have increased attacks on international forces, resulting in 21 casualties, mostly American. Over 11 years after the Taliban's fall, insurgents condition peace talks on foreign troop withdrawal.
