VOICED : Women encouraged to try firefighting as a career

Camp Let's Blaze is a weeklong camp for young women interested in firefighting careers. Despite the low percentage of female firefighters, the camp aims to inspire and prepare women for this field. Participants engage in training exercises, supported by professionals, to build confidence and skills. The camp has successfully guided many attendees into careers as firefighters and paramedics.
