VOICED : ONG denuncia ejecuciones extrajudiciales en Mexico

A Mexican NGO released a report on the Tlatlaya massacre, where 22 people died, allegedly as kidnappers. The report claims soldiers were ordered to kill criminals, which contradicts Mexican law and international humanitarian law. A survivor claims soldiers executed the group. Currently, an officer and six soldiers face trial for their involvement in the deaths, with the National Human Rights Commission stating at least 12 were extrajudicially executed.
