Initially used for gaming, it evolved into a social network, Gaspar Social, similar to Facebook, reaching 500 users in a month. This network allowed free exchange of media, avoiding costly state services. Despite its success, the government deemed it illegal but allowed it to continue under strict rules, prohibiting political content and ensuring state media as the sole news source.
