I WONDER - What Was Life Like In A Besieged Castle?

Living in a castle during a siege was difficult and frightening. Supplies like food and water were limited, necessitating rationing and sometimes eating unusual foods like horses. Castles often had wells, but there was a risk of attackers poisoning the water. To survive, inhabitants had to be resourceful and work together.
