VOICED : Regimen sirio y rebeldes llegan a Astana para negociaciones

The Syrian rebel delegation arrived in Astana, Kazakhstan, for the first direct negotiations since the war began. The meeting, organized by Russia, Turkey, and Iran, aims to end hostilities. The rebel delegation expanded to 14 members with 21 advisors. The first face-to-face meeting with Assad's emissaries will occur at Hotel Rixos, with UN envoy Staffan de Mistura present. Previous negotiations, like Geneva 1 and 2, failed to end the conflict, which has resulted in over 310,000 deaths since 2011.
